These terms govern your use of services provided by KGE RESOURCES SDN. BHD. (the "Company"). By ordering a service you accept them.
Fees and tax
All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Sales and Service Tax (SST) is shown separately on each invoice as required by Malaysian tax rules, and invoices are structured so they can be submitted under e-Invoice requirements.
Fees are payable in advance by FPX online banking, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, card or bank transfer.
Service levels
Service levels, including any uptime commitment and the remedies available if we do not meet it, are set out in the service schedule that forms part of your order. Where a service is delivered under a service level agreement, that agreement governs in the event of any conflict with these terms.
Acceptable use
You must not use the services to host unlawful content or to conduct unlawful activity under Malaysian law. We may suspend a service where we are required to do so by a competent authority.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
