Corporate Culture

Our mission

To give organisations cloud infrastructure they can actually rely on: data that stays inside the country, invoices issued in Ringgit, and a person who answers the phone during local business hours.

We are not trying to be the largest provider in the region. We are trying to be the one whose commitments a customer can check without asking us for permission.

Our vision

To be the local cloud provider that organisations choose by default — not because we quote the lowest number, but because we are the easiest to verify.

Infrastructure is a promise about where things are, not only about what they do.
Core values

Four lines we hold

These four are not slogans on a wall — each one can be checked against our quotes, our invoices and our support tickets.

Say it plainly

Price, location and responsibility are written as sentences a customer can read — not buried in a schedule or an annexe. If a commitment cannot be stated in one sentence, we have not finished writing it.

Built here

The facility is in Malaysia. The invoice is issued in Malaysia. Support runs on local business hours, in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Residency questions are answered with a document, not with a reassurance.

Show the record

Commitments have to be checkable. Invoices, access logs, tickets and change records are all kept, so that a customer can verify what happened without opening a support ticket to ask.

We run what we sell

The infrastructure we sell is infrastructure we operate. We are not a reseller of someone else's capacity, which is what allows us to make specific commitments about where data sits and who answers the phone.

How we run the business

We put three things on the table: where it is, who is accountable, and what it costs. Everything else is detail that can be worked out later.

Prices are quoted in Ringgit with Sales and Service Tax shown separately, because a price your finance team can budget is worth more than a price that merely looks lower. Invoices are structured so they can be submitted under e-Invoice requirements.

What we commit to customers

  • Prices in Ringgit, SST shown as a separate line
  • Data processed inside Malaysia
  • Support in English and Bahasa Malaysia, during local business hours
  • Locally issued invoices, structured for e-Invoice submission

What we do not do

  • We do not quote a price that excludes tax and present it as the price
  • We do not answer a residency question with a marketing sentence
  • We do not sell capacity we do not operate
